About Me

Hi! I’m Felicia. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and I never left (rare, I know.) I’m a traveller at heart but NYC is my heart and soul.

I have 5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing— pretty much before I even graduated high school I knew this space was where I wanted to be.

I’ve always had a love for strategy and creativity. Thanks to my time at L’Oreal I was able to sharpen these skills and produce desirable results for the dedicated teams I worked on.

My responsibilities have included leading social and digital strategy, developing content creation, gathering and analyzing digital insights, executing social listening, maintaining influencer relationships, and leading day-to-day social media management.

My experience also includes managing paid activations, integrating Google Analytics and Adwords for a 360 marketing approach, and developing email marketing campaigns. My management skills were also refined as team leader of 5 social community managers.

In my personal time I taught myself basic HTML + CSS and SEO best practices.

Thanks to my experience in a myriad of industries (tech, medical advertising, educational non-profit, beauty) my skill set is well diverse. I’m confident to say I’m an effective and organized multi-tasker and wearer of many hats.

I look forward to adding value to future projects, teams and organizations and can’t wait to further my professional development in the digital space!

Semi-Finalist: L’Oreal Beauty Shaker Awards

The Beauty Shaker Awards is L'Oreal's internal innovation contest to give L'Oréal employees the chance to showcase their brightest, most innovative ideas. 

My team's goal was to help L'Oreal get sustainably sourced coconut water and oil closer to home and more cost effectively.

With this, we can help the Puerto Rican economy by investing in local agriculture and produce sustainably sourced naturally produced coconut oil and water while developing jobs locally and helping to fund health care and education following the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.

I provided search and social insights to drive home the importance of coconut oil in the beauty space and the significance of Puerto Rico in today’s climate.
